1.In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, ground ginger, ground garlic, ground paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a paste.

-
7.Serve the Ghanaian-inspired Spiced Lamb Wrap immediately and enjoy!
Treat your ingredients with care...
- Lamb — For the best results, choose lean cuts of lamb and slice them thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
- Shito sauce — Adjust the amount of shito sauce according to your spice preference. It can be quite hot, so start with a small amount and add more if desired.
- Jollof rice — You can prepare the jollof rice in advance to save time. Leftover jollof rice works perfectly in this recipe.
Tips & Tricks
- If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili powder in the spice paste.
- Experiment with different fillings such as avocado, mango, or Ghanaian-style coleslaw for added freshness and texture.
- If you can't find Ghanaian-style wraps, you can use tortillas or flatbreads as a substitute.
- For a smoky flavor, grill the lamb slices over charcoal instead of using a skillet.
- Serve the wrap with extra shito sauce on the side for those who enjoy an extra kick of heat.
Serving advice
