1.In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, Caribbean jerk seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create the marinade.

2.Place the sliced beef in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the beef is well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
