Preparation

  1. 1.

  6. 6.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. 7.
Split the baguettes or hoagie rolls lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly crispy.
  8. 8.
Remove the toasted rolls from the oven and divide the beef and vegetable mixture evenly among them.
  9. 9.
Top each sandwich with slices of provolone cheese.
  10. 10.
Return the sandwiches to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. 11.
Serve the Thai-Style Cheesesteak hot and enjoy!

Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Thai chili peppers — Adjust the amount of chili peppers according to your spice preference. If you prefer a milder flavor, remove the seeds before slicing.
  • Provolone cheese — If you can't find provolone cheese, you can substitute it with mozzarella or any other meltable cheese of your choice.
  • Baguettes or hoagie rolls — Choose fresh and crusty bread for the sandwiches. If you can't find baguettes or hoagie rolls, you can use any type of bread that you enjoy.
