Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and condensed milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the brewed black tea and bubble tea syrup.

3.Dip each ladyfinger into the tea mixture and arrange them in a single layer in a rectangular dish.

4.Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.

5.Sprinkle half of the cooked tapioca pearls evenly over the cream cheese layer.

6.Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the tea mixture and arrange them on top of the tapioca pearls.

7.Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.

8.In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder with a little water to form a paste. Drizzle the matcha paste over the cream cheese layer.

9.Sprinkle the remaining tapioca pearls on top.

10.Dust the top with cocoa powder.

11.Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
