Preparation

1.In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

2.Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

4.Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

5.Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

6.Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the chopped parsley, oregano, and lemon juice.

7.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
