Ingredients
While the original Italian lasagne is typically made with pasta sheets, this Spanish-style adaptation replaces the pasta with thin layers of tortillas. The traditional Italian meat sauce is substituted with a flavorful combination of chorizo, ground beef, and spices, giving it a distinct Spanish flair. Additionally, the use of Manchego cheese adds a unique Spanish touch to the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Lasagne, so you can check it out.
